TX Land & Home is operated by Christopher Gill.

What TX Land & Home is not: we are not a lender, not a contractor, and not a licensed builder. We coordinate transactions and refer qualified third parties where appropriate.

  • TX Land & Home does not guarantee specific sale prices, financing approval, construction timelines, or delivery dates.
  • Estimates depend on on-site contractor assessment, selected finishes, market conditions, and lender underwriting at the time of contract.

Through TX Land & Home you may be introduced to or connected with third parties including:

  • Mortgage lenders

  • Manufactured home builders and BOYL builder partners
  • Site contractors, surveyors, and septic installers

These parties are independent. TX Land & Home is not responsible for their services, pricing, conduct, or outcomes. Your relationship with each third party is governed by the terms you enter into directly with them.
